Craigslist Find of the Week!

I have a total of 24 black organza table overlays. I used them for my own wedding, but they could be used for any type of party/event. 2 of them are more like a tight mesh, however you can only tell the difference if they are right next to the organza ones. All of the overlays are trimmed with a serged edge in red (looks like a tiny rope of red). The edging could be changed by re-serging them if need be. I used them gathered on the table, so I can not guarantee that they are a perfect square/rectangle. If you are interested please email or call Janet at 714-720-1646. Asking $60.00 OBO I need to get rid of these!

B-Party! Glen Ivy and The Bra Lady

I had a wonderful time today celebrating Sarah's last day as a single lady! We started at Glen Ivy and ended at The Bra Lady in Upland for food, drinks and lingerie. Had a blast hanging out with friends and enjoying the sun! Wedding is less then 2 weeks away, so much to do!

How much is this going to cost me?!?!?

Glen Ivy is $52 a person for Friday thru Monday. Plenty of "free" stuff to do around without paying for extra services. Lunch is pricey but good. Check out Tom's Farms on your way back to the freeway!

The Bra Lady, All sizes and styles from a 28a to a 52J in stock! $200 purchase minimum to host a private party. Lot's of lingerie to choose from and of course there great selection of bras. They are very open to whatever you want to do. We brought in food, music and some drinks and had the place to ourselves for 3 hours.

Harp Music

http://moirastern.com/

Moira performs with a full size golden concert grand harp, and plays all the standard marches and processionals. With selections from easily recognizable classical music such as Pachelbel’s Canon in D as well as solo harp renditions of contemporary popular music like Enya’s “Only Time” and Sting’s “Fields of Gold.” For more uptempo events, such as parties and receptions, she also can play “Stairway to Heaven” and “Clocks” by Coldplay.
As a classically trained singer with many years of experience she can sing operatic numbers popularized by Josh Groban, Andrea Bocelli and Sarah Brightman including “Nessun Dorma,” “Un Bel Di” and “O Mio Babbino Caro,” as well as the more familiar “Time To Say Goodbye” (Con te partiro) and “The Prayer.”

Rollasole

Ladies! Be on the lookout for these cool new vending machines while you are out at your B-partys! They may just save your soles....

"The idea came to Horan after many nights carrying his girlfriend home from the clubs. It wasn’t easy finding a UK vending machine supplier to work with, however, so Horan revamped recycled cigarette machines. He introduced his product at six Luminar venues around England in May 2008 — and his business took off running. In about a year, he’s sold 60,000 pairs, expanded his distribution to Ibiza, and gotten in on the wedding market. Next up, he says, “We will be testing the concept on the U.S. market on a small scale in New York and L.A.” Participating venues will be finalized next month."

Wear a White Knot

www.whiteknot.org

The White Knot is the symbol for support of Marriage Equality—the right for any loving couple regardless of gender to be married under the civil laws of the state and the country. Everyone should have the right to tie the knot.

Marriage Equality is a vital civil right denied to most same-sex couples except in that handful of states where it has finally been recognized. It is vital because marriage is about committed couples—all committed couples—who want to make a lifelong promise to take care of and be responsible for each other. This can only strengthen family and society. This is why Marriage Equality is important to everyone.

It’s not just about the word Marriage. Denying committed couples the security and legal protections of marriage hurts them. It’s just plain wrong to make it harder for them to take care of and be responsible for each other. The institution of civil marriage offers equal protection under the law when it comes to taxes, health care and decision-making, employment benefits, and perhaps most importantly, raising healthy and happy children.

So I ask you to join me today in showing your support for Marriage Equality and equal rights under the law for everyone. Wear a White Knot every day. Tell people why you are wearing it. And if you can, hand out White Knots to those around you.

For more information, go to www.whiteknot.org. There you can find out how to get White Knots, make your own, get more information about the issues, and even donate to help spread the word.

Thanks.
